The pages loaded slowly, finding basic stuff took way more effort than it should have. Checkout was a bit clunky too, which made the whole experience feel frustrating. I also got inconsistent answers when I tried to figure things out, so I wasn’t always sure what was actually correct.

There also weren’t many updates in between, so it was one of those situations where you’re wondering if the package is delayed, lost, sitting in a warehouse, or just on some random truck somewhere. I’ve had garden supplies, clothes, pet food, even random small household stuff arrive faster from other places, so this stood out. Overall, I’m glad the item was fine, but the delivery part was annoying.

I’ve ordered from Esbenshades a handful of times now, i kind of regret not taking advantage of their loyalty rewards earlier. They’re actually useful. I got a promo email and ended up saving on things I was already planning to buy anyway. It’s nothing flashy, but the prices are good and the whole process is easy enough.
